Step dance taster session: The Potarch Hotel, by Banchory, Sat 6 Nov 2010, 2.30pm

Getting Active

Keeping active and fit is important for health and wellbeing but... it's not always fun or sociable. Luckily, there's a solution...

Scottish Step Dance

Fun, aerobic steps, easy to pick up. Beat out rhythms with your feet and create your own routines. With a thorough warm-up and cool-down stretch, it's a great work-out that strengthens your core muscles and helps you improve your coordination and balance.

The Best Part

Based on an old form of Scottish dancing, Step Dance releases endorphins and leaves you tired out but wanting to do more.
